Bought an item in January it never worked until today they don’t want to fetch this cooler thy keep on saying they looking into it
I bought a short online because I couldn’t find it in any one of their nearest stores, I received the item today it was torn between the legs and doesn’t smell nice .
I bought items from them and they send me what I didn’t order I reported on their WhatsApp they not responding but they are active on WhatsApp posting
I bought a bar fridge last month last week I received it that thing is just making noise doesn’t become cold I reported it last week till date no one got back to me
Placed an order on the 7th January until date no update on my order, when ever I follow up on via email I am being told to WhatsApp their friendly ladies no one responds.
Last year around October I bought 2 dresses from them fortunately they were small I informed them and they asked me to return them which I did , I then received an email from them acknowledging that they have received the dresses, sadly the items I chose for an exchange are sold out. I didn’t waste any time I chose another 2 items worth that price and send the items to them , that was the end no one ever got back to me , when ever I follow up I am being told that an incident has been logged from last year till date . My R700.00 gone.
Car sold to me is a s**** and still in repairs from last month
I bought a car in October at auto pedigree car has been faulty from day 1 until date, send all evidence to the the bank to uplift the contract, because the dealer know the manager they refused. Car is still in repairs car cost six hundred thousand . A very bad bank I curse the day I accepted their offer
As a business person i approached auto pedigree in plumsted looking for a STARIA Hyundai to be specific under finance , the got the van in Johannesburg and Wes bank financed it , the car arrived in Cape Town on arrival it had a lot of faults it was booked in at Hyundai Bellville , the technician that worked on the car advised that this car has been tempered with and the warranty won’t pay auto pedigree needs to pay they refund and took the van to their service . Today is day 22 the car has been with them fixing the issues on the car , I send the branch manager several emails asking him to either get me another car or cancel the deal because I had bookings for that van I had to refund people now I have to cancel bookings because the car has been with them for 22 days . That car was supposed to be working and I told them it is a business car . The car has been resprayed they never told us that the car has an air bag light according to the technician at Hyundai this car looks like it was in an accident the branch manager still denies that. I told him I no longer want the car his running around he doesn’t want to cancel the deal nor give me another car.
They been waiting for my parcel from Monday it has been showing out for delivery but they not delivering, Friday morning I woke up with an email saying package delivered I went crazy I called them they confirmed delivery and the receiver even wrote my name wrong. I said ok if you have delivered give me the car registration number I stay in a estate we have cameras in all our streets, then boom they told me it was a mistake the parcel is there there it was a mistake so if i ddnt mention the cameras which we do have I would have lost my parcel because they told me they delivered.
