Bought a Kingsley Heath jersey from the Cavendish store which was defective to the point that is ruined the clothes it was worn with. They admitted the item was defective and after several weeks of having to jump through hoops for them they offered a store credit for the item, and after a push offered a refund for the jersey. Despite admitting the item was defective and resulted in damage to my items the company very sadly would not stand by their product and refused to compensate me for the ruined clothing and the excessive inconvenience they had cause despite pitching themselves as a luxury brand. Disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer care, expected better and a degree of customer loyalty and accountability from a premium brand.
