Kingston Poor Rental Management

I have has Kingston as my Estate agent for a few years. I had a great guy, Jason managing my rental property. However, when he left and a new lady come on board, wow service went down hill. I had to contact them numerous times, never understood by every month my rental payments were different? No continuous checking on my property, Lady was very sweet but really not able to handle difficult tenants. Had a devil of a time trying to get tenants out my property. And the damage they did when leaving - was inspected as "normal wear & tear" & gas bottles ****** etc by the tenants not even picked up by the Agent. Very disappointing service, really has left me in a bind to fix all these issues, as deposit returned to tenants.
