The quality of their shoes is not good I bought shoes there it was good an comfortable for my feet but after 5 months I started feeling some discomfort only to find out that the sole was shredding as I was wearing them and it's beyond repair So disappointed

Bad customer service
I went to barlfour park store to buy shoes the lady who helped me gave me bad attitude she was so rude and I'm not the first one to complain about her she is so rude her name is Betty mpofu

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>I had the waste experience this past weekend when I took my child's shoes back to the Kinky store because they were damaged. Service that I got was the worst because when I assisted for the store manager I was told that there was no store manager and when I asked for the Head office number they didn't even know it. When I bought the shoes I was assisted by a lady called Keneilwe and when I went to her she wasn't helpful</p>
