<p>Hello Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>I had the waste experience this past weekend when I took my child's shoes back to the Kinky store because they were damaged. Service that I got was the worst because when I assisted for the store manager I was told that there was no store manager and when I asked for the Head office number they didn't even know it. When I bought the shoes I was assisted by a lady called Keneilwe and when I went to her she wasn't helpful</p>
