Kirby Edenvale shocking service

The Edenvale branch is shocking. You wait forever for parts, don't get updates, and you get the run around. Don't buy a Kirby, rather go for Karcher. I will never support Kirby again. Their customer service numbers for South Africa doesn't work, avoid this company
