Failed to deliver heads of argument in time

I believe Robert Rousseau failed to instruct the Kirkcaldy Pereira Inc. driver in time to deliver the heads of argument. The heads of urgument was signed on the 30th of September 2015, but it was only delivered on the 19th of October 2015.
