Corruption, Swindling and Unreasonable payment demands
This corrupt law firm works with Pretor to swindle and take advantage of home owners. After a payment arrangement was made and payment arrears settled accordingly; The incompetent Pretor group went ahead and got their friends at this law firm to institute legal action. This ridiculous legal fee was then added to our levy statement and we were threatened with further legal action. Natalie Reitz who is the administrator continues to harass and threaten me via email.

Contingency fees act cap claims to 25% of the value of the claim
<p>I asked them for feedback if the case that they won was based on a contingency fees agreement. They refuse to give feedback. It may even be that they "won" a court case without a mandate to go to court. </p>

it seems the do not understand this paragraph:
\The senior judge will have all files at least 15 clear court days before the first day of the week during which the matters are to be heard and will allocate all matters at least 10 court days in advance. Each judge will then prepare his or her own roll for the week, which will be distributed to the professions.\"<br> "

It seems Robert Rousseau failed to enrol a matter
It would seem Robert Rousseau failed to enrol a matter at court. Two different notices, served two days apart (in November 2015) contain contradicting statements. I trust to receive the indexes I asked for very soon.

Failed to deliver heads of argument in time
I believe Robert Rousseau failed to instruct the Kirkcaldy Pereira Inc. driver in time to deliver the heads of argument. The heads of urgument was signed on the 30th of September 2015, but it was only delivered on the 19th of October 2015.
