Good day I want to thank Clint Petersen for his effort to investicate dealings between Standard Bank, Park Village Auctioneers, Kaapvaal Trust and Krishni Pillay (an attorney who was removed from the roll of attorneys). The dealings with the attorney was obviously befor her removal as an attorney. Unfortunately it seems top management instructed Mr Petersen not to investigate any further.
Was Standard Bank in cahoots with Krishni Pillay ? (an attorney removed from the roll). I am not sure if Kaap-Vaal and/or Park Village Auctioneers and/or Standard Bank were all in cahoots with Krishni Pillay who has been removed by the Law Society as an attorney. I trust Standard Bank will investigate.
Standard Bank is or was using an attorney Krishni Pillay. This attorney does not hold a valid FFC with the Law Society. I want Standard Bank to confirm if this attorney is still on Standard Bank's pannel of bond attorneys.
After Anton Shaban got confused between Overberg and Via Vitto, I called it fraud, but Anton Shaban's reply was more or less: It is not fraud little man, it is a mistake.... My question to Anton: How do you confuse Overberg with Via Vitto ?
Good day,With regards to your e-mail as received, we advise as follows:Please find attached Mr. von Broembsen and Mr. Cowie’s Fidelity Fund Certificates as registered with the EAAB under Pretor Group.Harm Potgieter is no longer registered as active director under Pretor Group and he has been de-registered with the EAAB.Please find attached Mr. Weir’s Fidelity Fund Certificate as registered with the EAAB.Neil Cowie has been de-registered with the EAAB since 2015 and as per the process of the EAAB, his information will remain on their website for 3 years after de-registration.

Good day I reported that Park Village auctioneers use terms and conditions in their contract documents, that are not the same as prescribed by SAIA. Sonja Styger was quick to acknowledge my complaint. I am waiting for feedback and I shall gladly give them 5 stars if they remove Park Village Auctioneers, as a member. I trust that they will act, even though it may be difficult to remove a member.

I am not sure what is going on at Pretor. When I do a search on EAAB website I notice that according to EAAB website 2 of the Pretor Group directors (Bradley Neil Cowie and Giles Otto von Broembsen) are now agents a placed called "City Living Rentals and Property Managent". Harm Potgieter is still part of Pretor Group, as an intern estate agent. When a search is done on Donald Weir, it does not show which company he is working for. Neil Cowie (the non-executive director does mot have a valif FFC, as per information on EAAB website). I trust that if information is wrong on EAAB website, that Pretor Group will take it up with EAAB.
Good day. Please note that all of this information does not come from Park Village (I had to phone other people as well) - I called their auction fake. To the attorney letter I received dated 28 September 2017, indicating Mr Norton for an auction that was only held on 10 October 2017, I received the following explanation. Their was an offer pre-auction by Brett Norton (the son of Frederick William Norton). This offer was however not accepted. However on the 10th of October 2017 an auction was held and the Fredrick William Norton (the dad of Brentt Norton) made an offer on the auction. It is still not clear when this offer was accepted (as certain information received, claims it is subject to Master approval). I trust that I have some information wrong, then there attorney Lennard Cowan, will take action against me. I trust that people who read my previous complaint will feel better about Park Village Auctioneers (but I do not).
It seems Park Vilage auctions faked an auction. It is also a pity that they can hide behind client confidentiality. Park Village knows my e-mail and if they do not know they can ask Anton Shaban.
They fail to answer their phones or to return calls, once you had to leave a message
