Made an order from Ted Baker and got notification for delivery charges from UPS SA, they then communicated a delivery date which they did not deliver on. The excuse upon calling them was that the driver tried calling me and decided to turn back when my phone was engaged. Meanwhile my complex and unit number was given to them to gain access through the complex security. On email their reason for "exception" was that my delivery address was incomplete. Delivery agent said I need to call the driver to give them my access code for entry to the complex the next day. Deliveries are supposed to be done at minimal effort for the customer; with this company their drivers and call center agents take short cuts. For the exorbitant delivery fees they charge; their service is ridiculously poor.
This corrupt law firm works with Pretor to swindle and take advantage of home owners. After a payment arrangement was made and payment arrears settled accordingly; The incompetent Pretor group went ahead and got their friends at this law firm to institute legal action. This ridiculous legal fee was then added to our levy statement and we were threatened with further legal action. Natalie Reitz who is the administrator continues to harass and threaten me via email.
Among many things, Pretor group delivers the poorest services has put property owners in the middle of electricity scandals with the City of Johannesburg. As if that’s not enough, they try and swindle property owners by enriching their friends and acquaintances. After falling behind on levy payments, a payment arrangement was made to pay all arrears by the end of May. Arrears were paid in full by the 25 May and Pretor despite the arrangement which they acknowledged hired attorneys who now want R4000 from us. On top of that they added another debt collection amount onto our levy statement. This is utter criminal activity and wrongfully enriching themselves by taking advantage of the very people who put them in business.
Was so excited to have my Child’s first photoshoot. Service during photo session was good but receiving photos was such a hassle. Photos were said to be received 4 weeks after shoot. 5 to 6 weeks later I had to beg for my photos and they were sent in the worst quality. After a few back and fourth we received our photos in very mediocre quality unlike what is seen on their Instagram page.
After making a payment arrangement with MFC in preparation for a reduced salary during my maternity leave, The arrangement was approved and just as I made all financial arrangements on my side, MFC gets what seems to be an intern calling me back and forth between herself and her team leader telling me arrangement is now rejected. From the impersonal engagement to the lack of acknowledge of the approval granted, I am totally disappointed and inconvenienced.
I currently have a pending third party claim against a company which is covered by Hollard insurance. The accident happened in February 2020, claim assesment was concluded in March/April 2020 and just to get them to pay out is a night mare. The recoveries/liabilities negotiator is dragging her feet, she fails to do any follow ups and feedback. We have to keep calling just for her to keep telling us the same story. After months of delaying; they have recently told us their client(which is a liquor company) is on lock down and is unable to pay their excess. Hollard will definitely never be first choice insurance for me.
So my lovely friend who lives far away from me ordered me a gift from Foschini for which she then received an sms that the gift has arrived for collection at Foschini Menlyn and I attempt to go and collect the parcel. The unwilling staff take back and fro until one lady takes my ID to go and check the parcel. She returns and simply says sorry your parcel is not here and I then show her the sms. And she just shrugs and says sorry I don’t know there’s nothing here. Firstly they are so rude and unwilling to assist. Secondly they are not thorough to make sure sure checking ur parcel number that the parcel has indeed not arrived. Thirdly what’s the point of an online system if I’m gona get false collection alerts for which I then have to continually call the store to check if my parcel hasn’t arrived
We bought a vehicle at Capital Auto World Midrand (White Peugeot 307). When we bought the vehicle we were told it had gone for a road worthy test but it didn’t. So we had to take it back where the test revealed that it needed a new tyre, shocks ands lights. Upon fetching the vehicle after all this work was supposedly done, we found that the back light still wasn’t working and we had to fetch the vehicle in that condition. A few kilometers drive and the car reports an emergency on an overly high engine temperature. When we checked, the cars water pump was not closed properly and has leaked all the water out the engine. This is absolutely the worst experience ever. Unprofessional and very negligent. Spare urself a headache and buy at a reputable auto dealer.
I have made 2 orders from Spree 3 days apart. No response or confirmation whatsoever on the status of my order. Unlike my order with Superbalist, Immediate prompt response and update on my order. I expected way more from Spree. They could learn a thing or 2 from Superbablist Never again.
I was made to believe I am Signing a Top up Contract I was debited a ridiculous amount of money while my account capped me "You have run out of data" They next month I stopped using the device and I was still billed the exact same amount of money for "out of bundle rates" How can the out of bundle charge be exactly the same for 2 months? Someone is scamming on my account and Vodacom Is paying along. This is the 3rd complaint I'm making against Vodacom.
