Good day Chantel Render owes me a new ref number. I had ref number seven 04 four six three 39 five three. The ref number is wrong as per Lebogang. I trust that we can resolve this. The ref belonged to B Norton CC also known as FW Norton.
The office of the Public Protector, send me a review of a report, investigating the Pretoria Deeds office. The report is fatally flaud, as Mr Fredrick William Norton did not legally sell 69 Overberg on 18 December. He with the help of Rawson properties illegally sold 69 Overberg on 8 Noevmber. The deeds office then assit his transfer attorneys to change the date to 18 December. Dear Public Protector, the report is flawed...
It is very hard to speak to anybody at the office of the Public Protector. The excuse is that they are working from home. Under the relaxed levels of lockdown in RSA, should so many people be "working" from home ?
I had a bad experience trying to get the Presidential Hotline to assist with a query into fraud or least too many mistakes by the Pretoria Deeds office. The problem I see is that one of the DALRRD employees is also the Chief Director of the Presidential Hotline. One then do not get feedback within 14 days, as promissed on the web site. I am sure that Hello Peter will not allow names to be published, which is a bit of a pitty.
I can not get hold of people who claim to investigate possible fraud by Kaapvaal Trust and Park Village auctions - If Standard Bank suffered a financial lost, due to fraud, should they not investigate ??? Is somebody within Standard Bank helping them or are they victums of fraud, but they just do not care????
How the Rawson Property scam works: I spoke to Rawson Properties, to see if the can ask Standard Bank if they can sell a property on their so called easy sell mandates. Then two months later, I spike to Rawson agent again, he said they sold the property on behalf of Mr F W Norton (they just would not release the name of Mr Norton), who (my words got the property via a fraudulently staged auction). I trust that Standard Bank can investigate this alledged fraud ??? Pretty please and thank you. The last person I spoke to was a lady with the surname "Ogle".
The Chief Registrar of Deeds refuse to correct a date in the Pretoria Deeds Office system or to instruct staff of the Pretoria Deeds office to correct the date. In my view the date 8 December, should read either 8 November or 18 December.
Even though I reported several times that Krishni Pillay was removed as an attorney, the Master still have Krishni Pillay as an insolvency practitioner on their list. As far as I know this should not be allowed.
Good day I want Velile Tinto to indicate that they wish to resolve a problem by either speaking to me ir if they will reply directly to Legal Practice Council on or before 21 May 2021.
The Managing Director, Mr Clarke, claims to have a valid FFC, but I can not find proof on EAAB website. He claims I do not know how to search and he may be right... I do not think he had any write to wrote to Mr Welz of Noseweek, that I am a disgrunted ex-Rawson Properties employee.
