Kiron Properties worst service provider.

I had been living in my brand new house less than 4months when the house had cracks everywhere. The crack you see inside will also be same place out side, pipes leaking, noticed when my kitchen wall starred having would just 6months in. Claimed from insurance because Kiron said their guarantee is only 6months. Walls are chiping and when I was 14months staying in my house , rainy season happened and my house was leaking to a point of needing buckets. Told Kiron and they told me their guarantee was over therefore I needed to claim from insurance. Claimed at Nedbank insurance and their assessor took pictures and all and told me claim was rejected since my roof was build using substandard material. Therefore they will not cover. Went back to Kiron and they told me unfortunately their guarantee ended and they will not fix. My house is turning 2 years only in 2weeks but problems I have had its like a bought a 40 year old house. Developer is arrogant and flat out disregard of the fact that they build me a sub standard house which I will have to pay for for further 18years which no inssurwnce will cover as its not done properly. If you don't want head ache don't buy Kiron houses you will be buying endless problems.
