Kiron is letting us down
I bought a house at royal crest estate. This houses have too many issues for a new built home. Sewage was back flowing not long ago. Roof leaking and they keep sending people who are not qualified to come fix now the roof is leaking again no response from them

Kiron is letting us down

Poor workmanship
Good morning, I’m writing this review with a heavy heart, we moved in this new property 1st of September but we experiencing issues as if it’s a pre-owned property. Every time when it rains we need to be worried as new issues will arise. Now roof is leaking ceiling has water marks, I’m talking about new developments here. When you raise this issues Kiron property seems not caring with their clients, we had water flooding our house from the door, they send us inexperienced builder who didn’t know what to do. I’m pregnant and been stressed by a house I’m paying monthly.

Poor workmanship

Poor service
Good day, I’m writing this review with soo much disappointment, we bought a house at Dawn Park City. Only to find that we need to pay rates for water and electricity we didn’t use. We started staying at the property 1st of October but they asking us to pay bills for September 😭😭, we’re anticipated to pay +- 2K and we were not staying. The reason I was given was your house was registered on the 11th of September and we collected key on the 17th after fighting for that key. So is that our problem. I’m soo disappointed and I feel it’s unfair to be charged so something we didn’t use. Hopefully Ombudsman will help us on this.

Poor service

Worst business ever
This is actually a business ran by idiots.i brought a house 2021 cool.quality of the house is made in **** land.house filled with cracks.electric work ****ty.as in ****ty.but worst part I keep getting my electricity shut off due to an outstanding bill by Kiron I have reached out to their team @micheal and the. Radio silence each time I have to go to municipality to prove the bill isn't even in my name. **** **** ****

I bought a house at Palmcity
I bought a house at Palmcity . Im not happy at all with the quality of the house and after sale service. it's a disaster . The walls are cracking, and electric plugs sometimes they work. Sometimes they dont . The geyser its the worst part. They will tell you its breathing, and it breathes until all the hot water finish. Im so disappointed. As a first-time house owner, i have trauma The one year warranty its like it doesn't exist, you have to chase them and bug if you have to , for something they promised you as their customer

Structural defects from poor workmanship from Kiron Properties
I have been trying to get Kiron to fix the structural defects from my property which due to poor workmanship but they have been ducking and diving. I have emailed Samantha and she said they will send people to come but nothing has materialised. Clearly all they care about is money & building poor quality houses.

Kiron Properties worst service provider.
I had been living in my brand new house less than 4months when the house had cracks everywhere. The crack you see inside will also be same place out side, pipes leaking, noticed when my kitchen wall starred having would just 6months in. Claimed from insurance because Kiron said their guarantee is only 6months. Walls are chiping and when I was 14months staying in my house , rainy season happened and my house was leaking to a point of needing buckets. Told Kiron and they told me their guarantee was over therefore I needed to claim from insurance. Claimed at Nedbank insurance and their assessor took pictures and all and told me claim was rejected since my roof was build using substandard material. Therefore they will not cover. Went back to Kiron and they told me unfortunately their guarantee ended and they will not fix. My house is turning 2 years only in 2weeks but problems I have had its like a bought a 40 year old house. Developer is arrogant and flat out disregard of the fact that they build me a sub standard house which I will have to pay for for further 18years which no inssurwnce will cover as its not done properly. If you don't want head ache don't buy Kiron houses you will be buying endless problems.

Kiron Properties worst service provider.
