It's a disaster, options are limited, its not reliable and it's not user-friendly.
Miscommunication caused wasted trip; staff and agents gave conflicting information.
I bought a house at Palmcity . Im not happy at all with the quality of the house and after sale service. it's a disaster . The walls are cracking, and electric plugs sometimes they work. Sometimes they dont . The geyser its the worst part. They will tell you its breathing, and it breathes until all the hot water finish. Im so disappointed. As a first-time house owner, i have trauma The one year warranty its like it doesn't exist, you have to chase them and bug if you have to , for something they promised you as their customer

Their customer service process is a disaster. I spent R36 on a single call, only to be transferred between six different consultants. I was told that the person handling my case would call me back, I’m extremely disappointed. Imagine having unfair dismissal with such customers service
Nando's Newmarket ****s people with the extra sauce. I always go there, and every time I buy, I ask for extra sauce — that’s the main reason why I buy Nando's, I love their sauce. However, at Nando's Newmarket, they never include it. Every time I request it, they just punch it in on the till but don’t actually add the sauce. As I'm speaking in eating the hotpot casa papa without my extra sauce

I'm concerned that if a customer buys it for their children, it could be dangerous, as eating fish with bones is risky even for adults. I've been awaiting for my refund for nine days now There's no communication what's soo ever nothing, when I check on the app its been setting on refund Concluded for five days now . They send wrong school shoe size twice, I gave them two chances of giving me the correct( product) school shoe size, due to the trust an loyalty that I had to takealot.. Im soo disappointed, It's like they want me to give up on my money .i just want my money back please
