Poor service

Good day,

I’m writing this review with soo much disappointment, we bought a house at Dawn Park City. Only to find that we need to pay rates for water and electricity we didn’t use.

We started staying at the property 1st of October but they asking us to pay bills for September 😭😭, we’re anticipated to pay +- 2K and we were not staying.

The reason I was given was your house was registered on the 11th of September and we collected key on the 17th after fighting for that key. So is that our problem.

I’m soo disappointed and I feel it’s unfair to be charged so something we didn’t use. Hopefully Ombudsman will help us on this.
