Kiron is letting us down
I bought a house at royal crest estate. This houses have too many issues for a new built home. Sewage was back flowing not long ago. Roof leaking and they keep sending people who are not qualified to come fix now the roof is leaking again no response from them

Bamboo mattresses failed me
I ordered a bed with bamboo mattress… I keep getting false information regarding my order. Contact them to ask about my order using their WhatsApp channel was told they have just received my bed from their factory is scheduled for delivery Monday. Waited for delivery on Monday nothing. I then reached out was told they don’t have the bed when I was told it was delivered from factory scheduled for Monday delivery. They give false information they not honest. Bad customer service

Tyre and rim cover
I took a tyre and rim cover with 1st for women i claimed 28th march 22 for tyres today im told they will pay R1000 which doesn't even cover a tyre i must settle R4200 because my tyres cost 5200. Im very angry they say its 1st for women but i thnk its 1st for gangster

Plastic pipes used for water inside the walls and roofing issues
I reported the piping system they used to our sky city house since they leaking water plastic pipes used to transport water inside the walls told me its a new thing like really pipes inside the wall why didn't they use copper pipes its because they are saving. My house roof shifted n reportedsince they said they will look at it till today cosmopolitan project is nonsense playing with us
