Structural defects from poor workmanship from Kiron Properties

I have been trying to get Kiron to fix the structural defects from my property which due to poor workmanship but they have been ducking and diving.

I have emailed Samantha and she said they will send people to come but nothing has materialised. Clearly all they care about is money & building poor quality houses.
