Although I don't have an issue with the performance of the company I am over the excessive amounts of calls.even when I stated I was heading into a exam I was continously called.to my surprise I also got a call at midnight.it feels like im being hunted down and im over it.this is not marketing its blunt abuse of a customer's personal information.
I was easy simple and straight forward and made me smile.thando was helpful
This is actually a business ran by idiots.i brought a house 2021 cool.quality of the house is made in **** land.house filled with cracks.electric work ****ty.as in ****ty.but worst part I keep getting my electricity shut off due to an outstanding bill by Kiron I have reached out to their team @micheal and the. Radio silence each time I have to go to municipality to prove the bill isn't even in my name. **** **** ****
I took in my car for major service and of course there was something else that needed attention i agreed to do the extra up to my limit.cool i dropped the car off Friday picked it up on Saturday.upon collecting my car it had a sound that i can only describe as a tractor on high i called and called.i was left on hold i eventually sent an email but has not amounted touch.i cant wrap my head how does a car go into service and come out worse off.
Took out a contract WiFi uncapped on the 30th of may recieved it on the 31st,got home sim was not working called on the 1st of June to get it sorted out.i look at my statement for June and see that my bill is remarkable high so I call the call centre to enquire only to find out Vodacom is charging me for the month of May for the WiFi uncapped for may.for what because I recieved the route on the 31st.this is daylight roberry.i have been with Vodacom for almost 10 years this is super disappointing

Im really disappointed by the drop in quality of your two ply toilet paper. What once was thick and soft has now become two thin pieces of strange toilet paper. I don't know what's going on but this is not your normal standard. I trust the brand name for many years this is just ****.
I would honestly give them less than one star if it were possible. This airline are a bunch of thieves and are taking advantage of people during this covid time and are ruthless and money grabbers. The 1st incident we booked online and got a ticket we needed to changed the dat 48 hours before the flight which they site says you can do online, which we did, we got worried that it kept saying processing and decided to call and the first agent said it would sort it self out, then we called and were told no such service was available and the website would be wrong and my mother had to rebook a whole new flight. On the second occasion my little brother booked, went to the airport and was unable to boarded because he was told he needed to buy a return ticket on the day he was flying, what the hell. No refund no nothing Nothing was stated on the website These people are just suited up thieves that hiding behind the screen.
Very disappointed with their online delivery service. Book was supposed to be delivered by now no way to track the book and no feedback from the store. Worst service.
Just wanted to say thank you for the great service you and your drivers are giving us through this time. All the times I have ordered I have received all my orders in a timely and wrapped or packed perfectly and had no issues what so ever. I can appreciate the high volume of orders you guys must be experiencing and am very appreciative.
