<p>I e-mailed Kismet Yarn's customer service 5 days ago asking a simple question - who do they supply yarn to in Cape Town?</p> <p>I have received no reply from them and find it shocking that a customer service e-mail can go unacknowledged.</p>
I received an e-mail today (10/10/16) from Kismet Yarns in response to my e-mail (which was sent on 01/10/16) explaining that they had been closed for 10 days and undertaking to assist me. It would be helpful if a company is going to be closed for a protracted period if time if they could indicate that on their website. I am however more than satisfied with the service that I received today.
