I have never had such terrible customer service. Even after going back in person twice to follow up on a spare part that I need and numerous promises by the staff to get back to me, I have still not made any progress in 3 months of trying.
I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Kashiefa who took customer service to a whole new level by helping me with a gift purchase so close to Christmas. I was honestly blown away by her offer to go out of her way to drop off a bottle of perfume for me. Thanks once again, such service is rare, unexpected, and greatly appreciated!
I would just like to thank Annie and her team for customer service that went above and beyond what I have ever received before. Not only did she attend to my query almost immediately, but she got back to me and kept me up to date with what was happening. Thank you to all at Yuppiechef and a particular thanks to Annie.
I would just like to let you know that the service at OR Tambo International Airport Landside is world class! I was greeted at the entrance with a huge smile, thanked for choosing your restaurant and immediately attended to. The entire staff is efficient, seem really happy to be at work, and nothing was too much trouble. I was served by a truly lovely gentleman (George L) who went out of his way to ensure that the meal was perfect (and it was) and that everything I needed was provided. The management and all the staff are a credit to your organisation!
I sent the following online complaint to Quickpark via their website on the 5th of January 2018 and have received no response from them. "I would just like to know why, if I parked my car at 13h03 and paid my parking at 16h34 I was charged R54 for parking when the parking attendant clearly told me that the price of parking was R3 for every 15 minutes? I also don't understand why the "park time paid until" says 17h33 - I live in Cape Town and I was already home before that time!" <p>This is the most frustrating company to deal with. The magazines that I order from them come out of sequence, are billed for but not delivered and they has the most useless customer care e-mail service I have ever encountered.</p> <p>I have tried to do all my queries through e-mail so that I have a record of their ineptitude. It's seldom the same person who responds to you, they never read your e-mail properly (for example I have an account query and their answer to that is to just re-attach the same account every time!!) The problem NEVER gets solved and the frustration just grows and grows.</p> <p>I doubt that my issues with them will ever get sorted out so this is just a warning to others - DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE - you have been warned!</p>
<p>I e-mailed Kismet Yarn's customer service 5 days ago asking a simple question - who do they supply yarn to in Cape Town?</p> <p>I have received no reply from them and find it shocking that a customer service e-mail can go unacknowledged.</p>
I contacted Alexander Forbes today (after my complaint on Hello Peter on 4/12/15 was not responded to). I spoke to a lady who solemnly promised to get back to me with the information that I have been begging for. Of course, as is the norm with this company - NO PHONE CALL!<br> I will now incur the expense of instructing an attorney to obtain a court order to compel Alexander Forbes to provide me with the information that I require from them - the cost of which will be recovered from Alexander Forbes as will be requested in the court order.<br> I will move my pension fund as soon as I can to another company!
I have been trying to sort out a problem with Alexander Forbes for close to 2 years now - today I once again tried to call them to see if any progress had been made. After about an hour and a half of trying to get an answer from the call centre my call was finally answered. I was put through to a gentleman who took my details, asked me hold while he checked my query for me AND NEVER RETURNED!! He left me holding on for another 10 minutes, until I finally gave up and put the phone down.
