Hi my name is sandile so today i went to kitkat (kliptown) cash & carry to buy some groceries when I entered the shop it was 10:45 took my items went to till 10 at 11:25 i payed with my card at 11:31 I got the message that the amount has been debited from my account for my items so now im waiting for them to give me the slip now im getting another story's the cashier called for assistance I waited for 15 minutes it's 11:46 when I ask what was wrong they said they have a problem with network so I asked them to give me the items because i got a message already from my bank account at 11:31 they keep on telling me about network like it's my problem as a customers.i then asked for a manager because the other two lady's were roud to me the manager came at 11:50 his name is Mr Hassen he told me the same thing that they have network problem like it's my problem because im a customer i didn't come for that until 12:20 after 55 minutes of waiting at the shop with no one even offering us a place to sit they left us just like that it's when they came with a slip a 12:20 so waited for the network for 55 minutes like it's my problem customers are always right if they have a problem why they don't fix it us customers we must suffer and wait for 55 minutes for they're poor service
