Shocking workmanship and no after sales service

Kitchen King installed my kitchen and study room furniture about 2 years ago. Since then I am battling to get them to repair doors that are literally falling off their hinges, screws that are sticking out on the outside of the doors, drawers that don't close properly and skew doors. As a last resort I have threatened them with legal action - to no avail.
