BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY FROM OWNERS WITH BAD ATTITUDE
I paid KITCHEN KING KLERKSDORP R 21 500 on the 6th of June 2018 for kitchen cupboards and bedroom wardrobe to be installed by Kitchen King, they promised the job will be done within 6 weeks...... till to date the job is still not completed. Only after the lawyer was appointed then they came and did half a job. Today the wardrobes are installed half with no doors.... the owners don't want to speak to the customers directly, I tried talking to them via whatsapp they blocked me I don't know what else I must do. they don't show any empathy whatsoever no apologies for the delay nothing the attitude its just bad ! They cant commit to a date when they will complete the job.... when they come they will just rock up without any prior arrangements and they will just do 5% of the job and wont even say when they will come back to finish.... I have never ever came across such bad business with incompetent people I don't wish for anyone to experience such TERRIBLE SERVICE!

?? Kitchen King Klerksdorp is the worst!
So after initially agreeing to install kitchen unit at my home in September, Kitchen King is FAILING to PROVIDE us with the "Quality workmanship" they claim on their Facebook and ads. A representative calls and sets dates to come complete the job but no one ever shows up. When we try to call them no one picks up the phone. Right now our Kitchen is a mess, we can't use the stove nor the sink or tap. Kitchen King's inability to keep to their promises is depriving us of basic needs and not to mention our safety moving around in our own house! Totally unacceptable!!

So after initially agreeing to install kitchen unit at my home in September, Kitchen King is FAILING to PROVIDE us with the "Quality workmanship" they claim on their Facebook and ads. A representative calls and sets dates to come complete the job but no one ever shows up. When we try to call them no one picks up the phone. Right now our Kitchen is a mess, we can't use the stove nor the sink or tap. Kitchen King's inability to keep to their promises is depriving us of basic needs and not to mention our safety moving around in our own house! Totally unacceptable!!

Shocking workmanship and no after sales service
Kitchen King installed my kitchen and study room furniture about 2 years ago. Since then I am battling to get them to repair doors that are literally falling off their hinges, screws that are sticking out on the outside of the doors, drawers that don't close properly and skew doors. As a last resort I have threatened them with legal action - to no avail.
