Our experience collaborating with Easylife Kitchens Polokwane was deeply disappointing. Working with Janiel proved especially difficult—she frequently bypassed us to communicate directly with our client, making key decisions without our input and undermining our role in the project. While their services come at a premium price, neither we nor our client felt the quality justified the cost. Poor communication and lack of professionalism only made matters worse. Once the installation was completed, we were not informed, nor included in any final correspondence. The most troubling issue arose during payment. Despite a clear agreement made during our initial meeting—and Janiel's written confirmation that payment would follow once the client settled their account (which they did weeks ago)—we were met with evasiveness and ultimately referred to their attorney without cause. This behavior, in our view, was both ********* and unprofessional. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Easylife Kitchens Polokwane to other industry professionals or potential clients.
Petra Stone (Mesh Chetty), a stone fabricator was contracted to do work for us. We supp**** the stone and paid in full for 2 round stone tops. One round top was delivered but the second was never delivered. We also asked Mesh to fabricate a further 2 slabs for a client. Mesh broke a slab and then went silent and ignored us for weeks not completing the work and destroying our relationship with the client. We eventually had to get attroneys involved to get his attention and even then he did not care. Eventually he agreed to complete the work with the help of the stone supplier rep. After completing the work we paid the balance of the fabrication as agreed towards the replacement slab but are still outstanding the one round top and balance due of replacement slab to be paid. I do not recommend Petra Stone (Mesh Chetty) to anyone. He lies and makes promiese and then ignores all communication. We are now in the process to blacklist him and will also notify stone suppliers to ensure another one of their clients don't have to go through what we are going through.
I purchased a fieldbar on www.kitchenkingsafrica.co.za They rook my money and never sent the fieldbar. The website is down and there is no way to get hold of them. The site host was of no help.
Never use this company. They don't take ownership when they mess up. A new carpet was sent to them to be cut smaller and new binding done on the edges. Failing to place the carpet in a bag the carpet was soiled on the edges. The owner Dominique is extremely rude and unhelpful. She blamed the client making assumptions that the floor of the brand new home must have been dirty. Disgusted to receive such terrible service.
Fast delivery but the product received is not as per what is seen online. The burgandy colour is more a pink cherise colour. Unfortunately the person who took the call was unhelpful and not really interested in a solution other than you can send it back. She insisted it is burgandy when it clearly is not. Pity cause I thought their website is good and the delivery was so quick. Friendly staff who are willing to find a replacement so that you get closer to what you need will make all the difference.
Global Network Systems is in my opinion by far the worst ISP I have dealt with. On site inspection they recommended I get new routers. I did not want to replace as the current routers were working perfectly but if I did, I wanted a mesh system. The one tech said a mesh system would work very well. Then the second tech told me that he does not recommend a mesh system. After the conflicting advice I was rather unsure so I asked the technician if I could use my current router until such time as when I have decided to do the mesh or not. Giving me time to further explore the pros and cons. He replied ofcourse. Then the day they came to install, 5 hours later the technician can't get the router configured. Then he finally says its setup but later when we wanted to watch Netflix and he had already left, it would not work. We could downlowd but not upload which a speed test confirmed. So we made GNS aware and they install a temp router which resolved the netflix problem but our telephone lines were still down. After a couple of days I am rather annoyed as our VoIp phone lines dont work and I made my frustration clear to the owner. His reply to me is that I must learn to listen to the professionals....... not what I expected but this infuriated me seeing that their techs are the ones who kept giving me conflicting advice not to mention they installed their loan router and still our phones did not work costing me business. After a few more incidents and the owner being condescending we decided to rather find another ISP. I will only say this we eventually moved to Easitelecom. So professional and friendly. Took them 1 hour to setup check and all is working perfectly. No issues and no rude owner to deal with. So I did listen and took the real professionals advice.
We have a cell C Fibre 200meg line and we seldom have a speed higher than 20meg. We do you have a pc or laptop to connect for a lan speed test which Cell C insist they need before they would log a fault or investigate. I have spoken and also whatsapp the manager and area manager. Alas we have reached our patience with NO service policy of Cell C
Worstel company to deal with. Still no refund after I was told the refund was processed. I do not recommend PC Link Computers to anyone. Report to you banks fraud division is the only advice I can give If you don't get your refund but do it within 30 days.
I purchased a printer online from PC link and they could not fullfill the order its been 10 days and I am still awaiting a refund.
Purchase a printer from PC Link online store. After a week I had not received the printer and emailed the company for an update. I received an email from Mark Williams telling me that they can't fullfill the order and that I must select an alternative or they would refund me. This was ridiculous as I did not know which other printer they had in stock tod offer with same spec. I asked for a refund. Still waiting for a repay. My business admin has come to a halt not being able to print. Wish I real the reviews before buying.
