I used the PMB branch and was charged over R140 000. Poor project planning that let to my family spending Christmas in a bnb at our own cost. The work took 10 weeks instead of one week and no care in the world for cost incurred when they did not finish. Poor quality after a month doors are needing repairs.

I recently contacted Easy Life Kitchens Fairy Glen to obtain a quotation for my water-damaged kitchen following the recent storms. Unfortunately, the experience was highly unprofessional: • As soon as I mentioned it was an insurance claim, I was told they were “too busy.” • The representative repeatedly shouted, “Where in the kitchen is the damage?” despite me explaining that the entire kitchen was affected. • I was told their quotation would be “the most expensive” of the three I am required to obtain, as they are a “premium service.” • Ultimately, they refused to come out to provide a quotation, citing that they were too busy. This dismissive attitude is disappointing. Businesses should remember that when quieter times come, professionalism and respect toward potential clients are what sustain customer trust and loyalty.

We recently moved to Cape Town and are renovating a home. We found many vendors to be unreliable until we walked into Easylife Kitchen Northgate Park, where service was excellent from start to finish. We were lucky enough to have met Carla who walked us through our inspiration, designs and budget, she has been our kitchen confident from the start. When it came to installation we were further impressed by the skill, precision and talent of their installation team. Michael in particular is a true craftsman dedicated to his work.

Easylife Kitchens Herm**** I couldn't be happier with our new kitchen! From start to finish, the installation process was seamless, professional, and exceeded all expectations. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail — from cabinetry and countertops to the final finishes. Their craftsmanship is top-notch, and it truly shows in the final result. They were also incredibly respectful of our home, keeping the workspace clean and minimizing disruption. Communication was excellent throughout the project; they kept us informed at every step and welcomed our feedback. Now, not only is our kitchen more functional, but it's also absolutely beautiful. It feels like a whole new space! If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and courteous team for a kitchen installation, look no further. Highly recommended!

I went to the Easylife Kitchen(ELK) branch at Wilro Park for a kitchen design . The information I got from the lady who assisted me was that they would be able to assist me with a comprehensive solution that included a floor plan, elevation & 3D model . At the Branch I was assisted by a lady of the name Charnel who advised that they would provide a kitchen plan with a 3D model for a nominal fee depicting what the final product will look like . What I got back was PDF file sent via WhatsApp that was extremely vague, ineligible & difficult to decipher . I immediately raised my concerns with the fact that they have not provided what was agreed on of which she rep**** that they would make amendments to what was supp**** . Once received via mail it was very much similar to what was provided before also without the elevation & 3D examples. After numerous follow ups The lady who had been assisting me promised to make a plan of which I did not understand what plan because she was supposed to deliver .

Our experience collaborating with Easylife Kitchens Polokwane was deeply disappointing. Working with Janiel proved especially difficult—she frequently bypassed us to communicate directly with our client, making key decisions without our input and undermining our role in the project. While their services come at a premium price, neither we nor our client felt the quality justified the cost. Poor communication and lack of professionalism only made matters worse. Once the installation was completed, we were not informed, nor included in any final correspondence. The most troubling issue arose during payment. Despite a clear agreement made during our initial meeting—and Janiel's written confirmation that payment would follow once the client settled their account (which they did weeks ago)—we were met with evasiveness and ultimately referred to their attorney without cause. This behavior, in our view, was both ********* and unprofessional. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Easylife Kitchens Polokwane to other industry professionals or potential clients.
