I recently contacted Easy Life Kitchens Fairy Glen to obtain a quotation for my water-damaged kitchen following the recent storms. Unfortunately, the experience was highly unprofessional: • As soon as I mentioned it was an insurance claim, I was told they were “too busy.” • The representative repeatedly shouted, “Where in the kitchen is the damage?” despite me explaining that the entire kitchen was affected. • I was told their quotation would be “the most expensive” of the three I am required to obtain, as they are a “premium service.” • Ultimately, they refused to come out to provide a quotation, citing that they were too busy. This dismissive attitude is disappointing. Businesses should remember that when quieter times come, professionalism and respect toward potential clients are what sustain customer trust and loyalty.
Extremely Frustrated and Disappointed with Time Detectives I regret ever entering a contract with Time Detectives. Not only have they kept me locked into an agreement without fair exit options, but they have repeatedly changed the debit order amount on my account without consent or proper notification. These unauthorized deductions are unacceptable and feel deliberately misleading. Attempts to resolve this directly have led nowhere, and it's clear there's a lack of transparency and regard for ethical billing practices. I strongly urge others to think twice before signing anything with them
I'm extremely disappointed with Woodrock Animal Rescue's handling of my donations. Despite canceling my debit order THREE TIMES, they continue to withdraw funds from my account every month. I've made repeated attempts to communicate with their team, but they've failed to: 1. Honor my cancellation requests 2. Provide clear explanations for the ongoing withdrawals 3. Offer refunds for unauthorized payments This lack of transparency and disregard for donor preferences is alarming. I've lost trust in Woodrock Animal Rescue's financial management and ethics. *Warning to potential donors:* Verify payment arrangements carefully and monitor your accounts closely. *Recommendation:* Improve communication, respect donor wishes, and rectify unauthorized payment issues promptly. *Update:* I'll consider revising this review if Woodrock Animal Rescue addresses these concerns and provides a satisfactory resolution.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with The Cape Boutique shoe shop. Not only did they take my money upfront, but they failed to deliver the product as promised. Customer service was unhelpful, making this purchase a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this shop at all costs.
What a Horrible Company and Arrogant Owner. I have had my Great Dane for 10 years and never struggled with any ticks or fleas, I decided to give this Mobile Grooming Parlour a chance to have my dog washed, after two services from them my dog had Ticks (really bad) which he has never in his 10years had. I contacted them and advised them they should come and do a treatment for this, they came out and had the Audacity to send me a bill for this treatment!. After not paying the bill they went as far as to go and List me on ITC. This type of behaviour from a Dog Parlour. I am now also getting threats from this Owner that she will summons me through court should I write a review on her business. I am so very Disappointed with this type of Business dealings, being a business owner myself, some companies have no business ethics.
