I used the PMB branch and was charged over R140 000. Poor project planning that let to my family spending Christmas in a bnb at our own cost. The work took 10 weeks instead of one week and no care in the world for cost incurred when they did not finish. Poor quality after a month doors are needing repairs.
I booked a service for my VW Tcross, the service was poor. The team did not contact me to inform me that the vehicle was done and when i got there it was still requiring wheel alignment at 16h00 while i left it at 8h00. The vehicle was not washed and I was not attended by the team for service and post service advice.
Failure to transfer a prepaid home loan amount to capital after numerous request. Incuring interest because of this and failure to return my calls and emails by Mr Maake from home loans divisions on numerous attempts.
I logged a request on student support and requested invoice listed on the statement of account. This was done on 13 May 2025, and I have been following up daily but no response. 1. I was involved in an accident on 11 October and since then the insurer has been making piecemeal authorisations on the claim with no reasons or explanations. I have been following up weekly but with no real assistance and no clear intent to resolve the problem. This is my second review here as well and on the first review, they did not respond. 2. I disputed the vehicle class offered as a courtesy car and they said I should go to their HO to take the matter further once again no resolution and I am using taxis while waiting for the repairs which I do not know how long they will take to finalize due to the above issue.

The sales agents promised to call back as they say they need to listen to the call recordings in order to confirm the vehicle class and up until now, I don't have feedback on that. I am carless with no form of transport and MiWay doesn't think my matter deserves any attention.
