BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY FROM OWNERS WITH BAD ATTITUDE

I paid KITCHEN KING KLERKSDORP R 21 500 on the 6th of June 2018 for kitchen cupboards and bedroom wardrobe to be installed by Kitchen King, they promised the job will be done within 6 weeks...... till to date the job is still not completed. Only after the lawyer was appointed then they came and did half a job. Today the wardrobes are installed half with no doors.... the owners don't want to speak to the customers directly, I tried talking to them via whatsapp they blocked me I don't know what else I must do. they don't show any empathy whatsoever no apologies for the delay nothing the attitude its just bad ! They cant commit to a date when they will complete the job.... when they come they will just rock up without any prior arrangements and they will just do 5% of the job and wont even say when they will come back to finish.... I have never ever came across such bad business with incompetent people I don't wish for anyone to experience such TERRIBLE SERVICE!
