Not trustworthy

We also made contact with the company to come take a look at our fridge, that wasn't working. Technician came out, checked the compressors and assured us that it was just the gas. He re-gassed the fridge and we paid the call out fee and re-gas amount. Later in the week we realized that the problem still exits. After 9 unsuccessful requests they still didn't pitch. We had to throw away food!!! Who is going to replace the food we lost? I also wished that I could give zero star rating!!!
