"You win some, you lose some...."

Technician Dion came at short notice to re-gas our fridge. He was polite, friendly and competent, arrived exactly on time. He spent over an hour with it, and was open and honest about the situation. Loadshedding had damaged the motor, and despite all his best efforts, he was not confident of the outcome. Unfortunately his prediction was accurate, the fridge never recovered, but this was not for want of trying. Based on my experience I would still recommend this service.
