POOR service

Shocking service from Kleen Bin Newlands. I subscribed to their service in December, expecting regular and thorough bin cleaning. Despite being billed monthly, my bin was cleaned only twice, and subsequent services have not been rendered.

I have attempted to resolve this issue by emailing the owner multiple times but have not received ANY response.
