Unfair billing and mis treated
I have received good service from Kleen Bin Randburg over a few years. At the end of April I got billed, whereas I had no bins cleaned for the month. Upon questioning it and disputing it, I am threatened with legal action if I don't pay.

Kleen Bin yes, GItha no.
I loved our clean bins. Last week they didn't clean and Githa tells me it's my fault. We have two bins, I pay for two bins but the second one has been broken for a while so I asked for one of my neighbours bins to be cleaned instead so they cleaned two other bins of someone else's and then sent me an invoice. When I told Githa it was a mistake she said it was my fault again. Kleenbin is 5 stars awesome but Githa is -4 stars awful.

KLEEN BIN are rockstars
I want to give a shout out to Robbie from Kleen Bin in Paarl. He kept me updated on my Bin clean and went out of his way to accommodate me. Bin was so clean and Lemon smelling fresh and sanitized. Fantastic job and fantastic service. I highly recommend them

KLEEN BIN are rockstars

POOR service
Shocking service from Kleen Bin Newlands. I subscribed to their service in December, expecting regular and thorough bin cleaning. Despite being billed monthly, my bin was cleaned only twice, and subsequent services have not been rendered. I have attempted to resolve this issue by emailing the owner multiple times but have not received ANY response.

POOR service
Shocking service from Kleen Bin Newlands. I subscribed to their service in December, expecting regular and thorough bin cleaning. Despite being billed monthly, my bin was cleaned only twice, and subsequent services have not been rendered. Crime scene cleaners
I was diddled big time by Kleenbin - see my previous review. I paid for TWO months and cancelled when they overcharged me for the SECOND time - I cancelled the service IN WRITING and now I have received ANOTHER EXORBITANT invoice for NO SERVICE - ie I CANCELLED the service yet this month they have billed me again DOUBLE despite me NOT USING the service for the month and despite my complaint that they stole my money in January and February as they charged me DOUBLE both months - WTAF
