As a Microsoft partner I shouldn't have to write a one star review but the support in South Africa from Microsoft is aweful. Their whole strategy of removing themselves from local countries and then trying to support those countries is not sustainable. Their phones cannot call our numbers properly so when I bring a problem to Microsoft they revert to bring their own problems back to me. Extremely frustrating on top of working for free for Microsoft. They really have revolutionised modern day slavery and shown a whole new way of providing less than acceptable service on the back of saving money.
A client is in tears because Register Domain SA turned off her domain and therefore entire business demanding payment and then refusing to turn it back on. For 6 months we've been begging them to release the domain for transfer and they just refuse, even after the client paid them again with immediate clearance.
The rudest people ever. Call to ask simple questions about vehicle finance and end up fighting why? I didn't call you to fight so why are you causing fights? Teach your staff some manners.
Trying to help a customer leave Telkom and they just will not cancel. I'm really sick of Telkom's ******ionate behaviour. Other companies have a cancel button on the self-management portal but Telkom has a retentions department that does everything it can to keep you paying them no matter what your choice as a consumer is.
I loved our clean bins. Last week they didn't clean and Githa tells me it's my fault. We have two bins, I pay for two bins but the second one has been broken for a while so I asked for one of my neighbours bins to be cleaned instead so they cleaned two other bins of someone else's and then sent me an invoice. When I told Githa it was a mistake she said it was my fault again. Kleenbin is 5 stars awesome but Githa is -4 stars awful.
Twice they have left out the deli meals leaving staff without food. Mistakes happen and when they do one should fix it, not convert food back into money and act all proud about it. My staff can't eat money which is why I turned it into food by ordering on your app, please don't turn it back into money because then your existence becomes pointless, at my cost - banks and phone calls aren't free and your mistakes cost FAR more money than you pretend to save me. I already know that "the branch is responsible not the app" but you shouldn't be pointing fingers anyway. I bought food from you and you wasted my time and didn't supply the food you sold me.
10 blocked calls a day. People begging on Truecaller for you guys to stop harassing them. You are relentless, audacious and aweful. Stop getting robots to call people all day, it is rude and intrusive. In your relentless attempts to obtain our business I will ensure that you never get mine or my clients business. If you go out of business then you won't be able to harass people for sales anymore so this is what I'm wishing upon you. Go AWAY.
Before this 'company' came about and made itself an authority (like a self-appointed alpha male), we used to manage domains like humans and professionals. Now these guys will charge you a broker fee just to ask someone else if you can have your own intellectual property. Not only should people not support this company, it shouldn't even exist in an ethical world.
This isn't an insurance company, they just take your information and share it with every insurance company resulting in HEAVY harassment by every insurance company. Avoid at all costs!
Please stop harassing the country with phone calls. It is 10 times a day! Just look at the comments on Truecaller, the people have had enough. The brutal infliction of yourselves upon the people of this country is bordering on terrorism and this is not a joke or exaggeration. Put the phone down and leave us alone!
