I have received good service from Kleen Bin Randburg over a few years. At the end of April I got billed, whereas I had no bins cleaned for the month. Upon questioning it and disputing it, I am threatened with legal action if I don't pay.
Most frustrating experience to get in touch with MWeb! After holding on line for 45 min the line get cut off (for the second time today). On the Live Chat I've been waiting 3 hours still with no assistance. On 27 March I requested cancellation of my service. On 28 April my cancellation request was confirmed to be effective by end of April. I requested an early release in light of the long weekend. I got billed on 30 April. At this stage having to struggle I cannot wait for my service to be disconnected.
