I made a purchase of 2 pairs of sneakers on the 14 August 2024. I followed up on WhatsApp on the 20th August 2024 to check ETA on my order.
Below was the responds

Please be advised we are currently in the process of sending orders out by Friday latest.
Apologies for the one week delay as we currently working on something important .
I understand the frustration you are going to have to go through however please stay rest assured the brand will not disappoint you.
Hope this helps, please also expect a signed letter for confirmation.
We are just delayed with the situation that happened over the weekend with some clients who made us lose lots of revenue from the weekend however we are having a good recovery and you can expect an extra parcel from our end."
After that all I received was empty promises. As below..

Apologies from my end we tried our best to push the order out this week however so clients ****med us lots of shoes which we sent thinking payment would reflect but I will make a good recovery plan for you. I know this is upsetting but I want you to stay rest assured we doing our best.
We will only be able to send orders out from next week Monday.
I don't want to make your problems ours, I will be sorting it out ASAP! 29.08.2024"
I am sad to say I am still waiting for a non existent order, I asked for my money back he chose to gaslight me when I asked for a refund.
No phones are being answered even the WhatsApp no one is attending to it now.
I want my refund!!!
