Don’t use this company
These people were supposed to pick up my move from the cape on the 28th of Aug. They postponed due to a ‘technical problem with the truck’ - which never even existed.
They sent an open truck contractor 2 days later, in the rain, to pick up my stuff and take it to his storage.
After promising me my move will be delivered on the 4th of Sept in Pretoria, they came up with ALL possible excuses why it is not possible.
They still haven’t paid the sub-contractor for his pickup or storage of my things (as we are in contact). They do not know WHERE this storage is and now the sub-contractor is using my move as ransom against me.
It is the 14th of Sept today and my move is still SOMEWHERE in cape town with this contractor.
I have no indication when the items will be moved and they keep on making empty promises.
Worst experience ever. They make moving HELL
