No refund after cancellation
After unbearable drama and months of back and forth, I am still owed my refund by this company. Doesn’t answer any calls, gives false promises and excuses for months. But they money that I paid is still in their possession

Horrible client services
My fibre line was activated and installed end of Aug and I’ve never had internet. I’ve been on the watsapp help line with probably 30 different agents over the months and even paid R400 in order to get a technician out to assist. Nobody ever came out to the site and not 1 agent has helped me restore the service I’ve been paying for, for months. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

Cape town to Pretoria made easy
Very professional, punctual and great communication. Very competitive with pricing in the market. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend using them for a move

Don’t use this company
These people were supposed to pick up my move from the cape on the 28th of Aug. They postponed due to a ‘technical problem with the truck’ - which never even existed. They sent an open truck contractor 2 days later, in the rain, to pick up my stuff and take it to his storage. After promising me my move will be delivered on the 4th of Sept in Pretoria, they came up with ALL possible excuses why it is not possible. They still haven’t paid the sub-contractor for his pickup or storage of my things (as we are in contact). They do not know WHERE this storage is and now the sub-contractor is using my move as ransom against me. It is the 14th of Sept today and my move is still SOMEWHERE in cape town with this contractor. I have no indication when the items will be moved and they keep on making empty promises. Worst experience ever. They make moving HELL
