No service, no refund
You have to pay in full to secure your moving date, then they don't pitch up! Promised to move the following week, then didn't pitch up. Filled in cancellation form where they promised to refund me in full... NOTHING! Going to open a case at the police. Don't fall into their trap!

You have to pay in full to secure your moving date, then they don't pitch up! Promised to move the following week, then didn't pitch up. Filled in cancellation form where they promised to refund me in full... NOTHING! Going to open a case at the police. Don't fall into their trap!

NEVER trust this company - Klein Karoo Mini Movers are ****mers who promise you the world, take your money (full payment to secure moving date), then don't pitch up at all... promise to refund then NOTHING! You will end up more broke and frustrated than ever before!

NEVER trust this company - Klein Karoo Mini Movers are ****mers who promise you the world, take your money (full payment to secure moving date), then don't pitch up at all... promise to refund then NOTHING! You will end up more broke and frustrated than ever before!

Klein Karoo Mini movers.
Please don't use Klein karoo Mini Movers> I used them 14 October 2021 no Problem. But now on 11 June 2024 I used them again to bring my Furniture Elize was in a hurry for the payment still in the same bank account. I did not suspect anything. I made 2 Payments of R7500.00 + R950.00 = R8450.00 I keep on email and whats up for the return of my Money. Still no Refund.

Klein Karoo Mini movers.
Please don't use Klein karoo Mini Movers> I used them 14 October 2021 no Problem. Unreliable
Booked to move 2x vanity-type cabinets from Cape Town to Hartenbos. Was quoted R1995, which I paid. When it had to be moved, Karoo Mini Movers claimed the Cape Town route is not economical for them. I then requested pay-back of my money. It is now more than the claimed 30-days within which they will pay back - obviously no payback is coming forward. Two telephone numbers; 0760531380 & 0763669936 receive no response.

Poor service
Very bad service. Goods picked up in Vereeniging on 5 April 2022. Only delivered to George two months later. Every day mew excuses. Lots of articles missing some things so badly damaged. They can't provide answers for where my missing items are. I have insurance included in the cost but they simply do not provide me with info at all.
