Your system is always throwing errors - be it the website or your whatsapp channel. I've been trying to upload documents for over a week without success. Is there an email where I can send these docs? There is absolutely NO way of contacting you as nothing is going through.
How many times do I have to resend (and resend and resend) my salary slips to you for financial assistance? Must I *****ulently fabricate something that someone on your side can understand seeing that my perfectly legal payslip is not suitable? My payslip shows my employers name, address, phone number, business registration number, my name, my title, my basic salary, my allowance, PAYE deduction, UIF deduction, savings deduction, bonus income (paid in cash), and total paid to me. What more is needed????
I have a problem with my latest statement. When I purchased the vehicle, you were informed that my salary date is the LAST day of each month so the arrangement for the debit order is for the FIRST day of the new month. It has been like this for years. So WHY did the debit order for end May go off on 30 MAY? TWO days EARLY thus NO funds being in the account???? This in turn has lead to additional charges for which I feel I am NOT responsible for? As per the contract under point 12, it clearly states that if you are going to change the debit order date that you will notify me five days ahead of time yet you did NOT communicate with me at all. Therefore, reverse ALL unnecessary and additional charges relating to YOUR mistake immediately or I will be taking this up with the Banking Ombudsman. PS. EMAIL only as I will not accept calls from you - in writing only!
Not even worthy of the one star but there's no option for NO stars! Reference CCDP11360 - where has this fallen out of the woodwork? I try to call but am on hold endlessly thus my last resort to contact you here. For the millionth time (I've explained how many times to various lawyers over the past 15 years) this is NOT my account. The last salary I had was in September 2006 (calculate this to see how many YEARS ago) and you claim that there is a credit card with a half million Rand limit / balance that was opened after this date. Does Nedbank give out random credit cards to unemployed people with ZERO income and a huge credit limit???? I have asked so many times for actual proof with my handwriting filling in the forms and MY signature and not once in all this time has anyone been able to produce this. Your only "proof" is that my name is on the statement - even with the WRONG address. STOP harassing me with this BS or I will be laying charges of harassment against you. In the past 20 years, has there never been ***** within Nedbank from their own staff? Perhaps it's time that someone actually admits that there has been a failure within your system and that the target (aka me) has never been with you! (PS you can also stop with the FICA demands threatening to close my account as it's just a waste of everyone's time seeing that I am NOT a client of Nedbank! What's there to close?) PATHETIC

You actually crack me up - are you a comedian by any chance? I app**** for a credit card which I know for a fact I can easily afford. You send me a decline letter along with an affordability report that shows my income as ZERO - how on earth do you come to this conclusion of no income? I have been a managing director at a successful company for over 22 years - and the income I declared to you is actually the LOWEST possible income per month and it is certainly NOT zero! For the record, at present I am earning R5k PER DAY! But seeing that you don't want me as a client I will just go to your competition instead! PS. If you had bothered to answer the call when I said hello (instead of putting down) you could have just asked about the ONLY account that has ever been in arrears on my record - Telkom overcharged me by R2k, I pointed out their mistake and instead of reversing it, they charged again so I closed my account. It took them four months to fix their mess. This is the only reason an account on my profile shows as in arrears (over a year ago).
Only two stars because I actually was approved for an account, but ZERO stars for service! You keep sending me sms messages that I must collect my card, but fail to reply to my queries as to WHERE or what place I can actually collect my card. Spent hours driving around Oudtshoorn last week going from shop to shop and not one place can be of any help (eventually it was suggested that I go to George). So I take a 200km round trip to George yesterday also going to various shops... eventually get told that Game at the Garden Route Mall can issue the card... only to get there and the ONE person who can deal with it does not work on weekends! What the heck? So please, tell me how and where I can get my card? Or can you actually send it to me seeing that nobody knows where to get it?!?!?
