Bad, rude and unprofessional behaviour
This institution used to be very bad on patient handling and care and then they improved dramatically. That became great for us as patients with different ailments from different backgrounds. Today I met a very rude Pharmacy assistant. She doesn't belong in this progressing institution.

Bad, rude and unprofessional behaviour
This institution used to be very bad on patient handling and care and then they improved dramatically. That became great for us as patients with different ailments from different backgrounds. Today I met a very rude Pharmacy assistant. She doesn't belong in this progressing institution.

This continues my st...
This continues my story of last week Thursday 31/08/23 wen I had an appointment normal routine no medicine available pharmacy...they told me come back...so I went today still no medication available how the hell can a clinic run out of meds....so must sumtyn 1st happen tor me before they will give me meds or what da hell

I had an appointment...
I had an appointment for today...just to get to the pharmacy at 16:00 after sitting the whole day have to find out they don't have tablets in stock I need to come back clinic and then the lady can't even say when I need to come back clinic get tablets....how disgusting for a clinic run out of stock but need to serve a community who sick....so what if something happens to me cause no medication available at clinic....disgusting service at Kleinvlei

Lazy staff
Doctor told me he would call an on site psychologist and when she arrives I would be contacted, 2 weeks still got no phone call. Turns out that the doctor never made an appointment or put it on system. I followed up and was told that they would contact me back. Still neve got called.
