Worst service from a big company. They're *********** don't communicate and send wrong items. I asked them to cancel an order and give me a different item, I was asked to pay the difference, which I did. I waited a whole week and they didn't get back to me after a week. I followed up and turns out they didn't check when my proof of payment arrived. They then informed me that my order will be dispatched and is on it's way to cape town. I waited a full 2 weeks before my item arrived and then they sent the wrong item valued at way less. They quoted me a full amount for an item but sent me something totally different. The item I wanted was a WD blue SN580 nvme and I received a SA510 ssd. Do yourself a favour and go with wootware or some other online store. I haven't had any issues with any other place and quite frankly evetech doesn't care about losing customers

I've agreed to pay a settlement amount. I've emailed proof of payment to multiple emails but they never respond. They won't deduct the settlement amount and they're still sending sms's that I need to pay. The agent that was assisting Genevieve Campher closed the ticket and stopped responding Payment was made on the 28th
The people at mobifix century village don't know what theyre doing. I needed a replacement part for my Huawei p smart 2019 lcd connector. They agreed to fix it and they said it would be working.they said the connector tested positive and it works. Upon receiving my phone and tested it at home only to find out that my phone lcd wasn't displaying properly. After inspecting the lcd connector I noticed that the part they used looked damaged and it wasn't soldered properly onto the board. I brought it back and they told me parts on the board were broken and they couldn't fix it. I checked similar motherboards for my phone and they all look the same as my phone and not broken as the **** said. I asked him why he **** and he didn't answer. I asked him to fix it or give me a refund and he didn't do it either. You have a staff member that's dishonest and feels like a ****mer. He also admitted that the part he used was a salvaged part from a dysfunctional phone, so they are using reject parts to try and repair peoples phones. Instead of helping with what you came for he's always trying to sell you things you don't need. Sort this out and refund me for your shoddy work or I will take further action.
Been to the Kuils River branch and have to say that's the worst service I've ever received. I couldn't withdraw or deposit money because the pin I registered wasn't working even though my online banking pin was similar with 1 less Character. Unfortunately I had the pleasure of meeting Shrek for the first time, (the moody consultant) try to make it seem like it's my fault even though my original pin wasn't working from the beginning. Every question you ask you get attitude and some sarcastic answer from the ogre. Please guys hire someone that actually wants to be there and someone positive not someone willing to give you a bad name for the sake of their mood swings.
Doctor told me he would call an on site psychologist and when she arrives I would be contacted, 2 weeks still got no phone call. Turns out that the doctor never made an appointment or put it on system. I followed up and was told that they would contact me back. Still neve got called.

I contacted them by phone no answer. I tried calling them for 2 hours no answer. I tried calling them for 3 days straight, no answer. I called Kuils river police station, they answered within 5 minutes. Imagine calling for an emergency and you need help from Kleinvlei police station. You're most likely gonna die.
Made 3 complaints, was called saying that my complaint will be escalated to the resolution center yet no one got back to me and nothing is resolved. It's disgusting that you hold onto peoples money and still charge them bank fees. If you guys don't sort this out I will escalate this issue myself.
Haven't received services from any company as bad as fnb before.I made online purchases and all of them declined .Each time my available balance decreased and each day my current balance decreases.I called them for assistance each time no one knew anything about it ,they kept transferring me to another department ,and after reaching someone in another department the phone gets hung up in my ear.I spent an hour achieving nothing and wasting almost R300 airtime to find out nothing and still had no answers to what happened to my money .
