No after sales service, empty promises.
I purchased Vellies from Klerekas.com in the first week of October. This was my second purchase of Vellies so I knew my size. Hah! This pair was much smaller, so I reached out to Klerekas for an exchange. I was informed that I would have to courier the vellies to them and they would send me a new pair. I'm still waiting for it, 6 weeks and heaps of empty promises later. So I'm the cost of the vellies along the the courier fee out of pocket. Perhaps if they get your order right first time you'll have no complaint, but if not, the after sales service is useless.

Unfortunately, since you didn't make your purchase through our platform, Klerekas.com, the exchange process is a little more complicated and timely.
We were only able to manufacture a new pair, according to your measurements, AFTER we had received your returned pair.
The manufacturing process also takes time to complete, and sometimes is delayed due to load shedding, etc.
We believe that you have received your Vellies in the meantime, and we hope they fit perfectly.
