Incomplete order and limited after sales feedback
Placed my order, after waiting for about a week without feedback or a tracking number I sent them a mail to enquire. Received a whatsapp saying there's a problem the pair of earrings I really would have liked to buy is now out of stock. Disappointing but OK let's move on. I chose to not take another pair in it's place as I wanted that pair. I got my package, one of the three headbands ordered not packed. I whatsapp again. Asked me to please check my package as it shows packed on their side. It's. Not. There. I've been offered a refund for the earrings and headband (still waiting) but actually, I would have just liked the items I ordered.

Excellent customer experience!
Service that you don't experience in SA often. I ordered on Saturday 11 Feb, received my order Tuesday, 14 February (In Rustenburg) in time for Valentines day, with a hand written note and suggested pairing of items. What a pleasesant experience to buy from Klerekas.com. My new favourite online shop and the items are perfect, true to size and photos as well as high quality. I can highly recommend buying from them!

No after sales service, empty promises.
I purchased Vellies from Klerekas.com in the first week of October. This was my second purchase of Vellies so I knew my size. Hah! This pair was much smaller, so I reached out to Klerekas for an exchange. I was informed that I would have to courier the vellies to them and they would send me a new pair. I'm still waiting for it, 6 weeks and heaps of empty promises later. So I'm the cost of the vellies along the the courier fee out of pocket. Perhaps if they get your order right first time you'll have no complaint, but if not, the after sales service is useless.

Not Local products
I own the exact dress, ordered from SHEIN that they are selling for more than double the price. Entire website and social media pages advertise how everything is locally made and produced. This is a lie.

Scammers
This site is selling clothes from SHEIN at double the price, they advertise the clothes as “made locally” in South Africa. When I made a comment on one of their photos with a picture from SHEIN they removed the comment. I think it is extremely dishonest and shameful. If you want so sell their clothes fine, but don’t say it’s made locally and then charge double the price.
