We have been trying to sort out ***** on my elderly mother's account for months now. Back and forth hours on the phone and no answers, progress or cancelation of the *****ulent Sim cards and phones that were returned the next day. It is unacceptable to de***** elderly pensioners like this. With no help and support, one robot to the next, now due to security no one is available yet again. After another 30mins on calls. Bad service and ********* behavior.
Service that you don't experience in SA often. I ordered on Saturday 11 Feb, received my order Tuesday, 14 February (In Rustenburg) in time for Valentines day, with a hand written note and suggested pairing of items. <p>Every month since switching to Striata Reader I have had had to call for an invoice, I have requested invoices to be mailed monthly now 6 times. Still no luck. evertime I call the agent ensure me it will now automatically be sent, and yet this does not happen. I have asked for a mail to prove that this has been requested and I am told it is an internal mail they cannot send me any proof. Today I had to spend time on the phone again to get the invoices sent. this is really bad service.</p>
<p>My account with Vodacom was initially in my fathers name in 2001. I have repeadtedly asked Vodacom to change it. I took my father to the store with me with coplies of both of our ID's to have this change made 3 times.</p> <p>This was now 16 years ago. For 16 years I have been paying this account, I sent my own Rica details, I have upgraded every 2 years, I have 2 wifi's that I bought on this account. My banking details are on there, my adress, everything except the name and ID and everytime I get to Vodcaom I have the same issue.</p> <p>Everytime I ask them to correct it and nothing is done. This is an error on their side and I keep having this problem. absolutely terrible!!! This is also only a problem whe I need service like asking for a pin number for wifi simple things become an issue because of this error. </p> <p> </p>
I just want to say your service is truly exceptional. In our country this stands out by a mile, I placed an order Sunday morning and before 10 Monday morning my order was in my hands!! This is exceptional and I would like to thank you for such prompt service.
I have a business reliant on the telephone, the land-line is down and will take 48 hours for a technician to attend to, I want to divert my line to be able to communicate with my clients. low and behold no one can do this, an email needs to be send and this will also take 48 hours??? How am I supposed to run my business. all I want is my line diverted?
