Fines SA assisted in clearing fines that were already paid and delivered fast turnaround time.
Poor quality of products and no aftersales service or engagement. I would stay away from this brand.
If this electrician ever reaches out, do not use them. They are not registered and can not be trusted. If you ever buy a house where they have performed the electrical COC at a house you are buying, do not trust it and ask the seller/ estate agent to get a new COC from a registered electrician.
I have been trying to cancel my contract and debit order since June 2017. I have phoned the call centre and emailed the provided email address to no avail. Every month the debit order still goes off. I have not used the service for three months now, bit the amount gets debited off my account each month. Please can someone cancel the contract and return the amounts owed to me. I would recommend that everybody avoid Telkom, unless you want to get stuck in an endless battle to cancel a contract and stop paying.

I was querying the charges on my account, which was 3 times the normal amount. First call logged on 29 October 2016 after which call centre agent would have sent me detailed billing to inspect and see where I was overcharge. Followed-up on 4 November 2016 with a useless call centre agents. Thus far no clear answer has been given, except that I made calls and used data. I still haven't received the detail of my bill and the debit order already went of my account. The billing period for middle September to middle October was the period that the overbilling occured. Before this month my bill was just below R700 each month. This period all of a sudden was R1800.

I have been trying to cancel my credit card for a month now. At first the one settlement payment (made in exactly the same manner as all the other payments) did not reflect on the credit card and I had to wait for them to investigate and allocate. That took 3 weeks......all of which time I was still being charged interest and admin fees. I had made peace with the interest they charged although my account was technically settled. Yesterday when the amount finally reflected on my account, I actually had a debit balance as the original amount paid was more that I should have paid. Today when I phoned again to cancel my card, there is a settlement amount for interest charged.........on what?!?!?! Absa should be paying me money for the additonal settlement which I had made and interest that was charged.

How is it so difficult to cancel a credit card???

I keep on receiving promotional SMS's from Audi Centre Northcliff even though I have replied STOP on numerous occassions. Clearly no intention of ever complying with the SMS to unsubscribe and remove me from their database and stop the direct marketing.

Bought 2 Ellies plugs at Builders Warehouse Rivonia. Got home and both plugs weren't working. 2 point plugs not working when more than one appliance plugged in. Very sensitive connection and not working. Bad product.
We made a booking for a Friday night. When we arrived, the hostess told us that a booking is not really a booking and our table was not available. We would have to wait 45min for a table. What is the use of a booking then? And this has happened to friends of ours as well. As soon as the restaurant gets busy, they would give away your table and use the excuse that it was not really a booking is not really a booking. Very poor treatment of customers.
I received a low balance sms directly after the debit order that caused the low balance. The debit order resulted in honorary fees being charged as the balance in the account was low. How am I suppose to ensure that the account balance is sufficient to avoid honorary fees, when I only receive the alert for low balance once the honorary fees have been incurred? This is not my first bad experience with honorary fees and Nedbank. Nothing to be done now, but please ensure timely alerts.
