Incomplete order and limited after sales feedback
Placed my order, after waiting for about a week without feedback or a tracking number I sent them a mail to enquire. Received a whatsapp saying there's a problem the pair of earrings I really would have liked to buy is now out of stock. Disappointing but OK let's move on. I chose to not take another pair in it's place as I wanted that pair. I got my package, one of the three headbands ordered not packed. I whatsapp again. Asked me to please check my package as it shows packed on their side. It's. Not. There. I've been offered a refund for the earrings and headband (still waiting) but actually, I would have just liked the items I ordered.

We are so sorry to hear about your disappointment.
As explained, unfortunately sometimes customers check out the same products at the same time - especially during silly SALE season.
We have no control over this and sometimes the products sold are the last items available.
As discussed, we did reach out to our suppliers to find out whether it would be possible to manufacture these items for you again, but unfortunately the specific range of accessories were discontinued.
We did offer to replace the items with similar items, and although you declined the offer, we still sent extra accessories with your parcel.
Your order was delivered within 7 working days, and a full refund was made 7 working days after we received your banking details.
