You can't complain about the service if there is no service in the first place.
The staff are unnecessarily rude and refuse to help us. We paid a deposit in October 2024 to reserve a camping spot for December 2024, but due to personal circumstances we were unable to go. Two weeks after paying the deposit we cancelled the reservation and requested the deposit be paid back, only for the receptionist to tell us that the deposit is non-refundable. They refuse to provide us with any further information and will not put us through or provide us with contact details for management to escalate our query. This is a direct violation of the Consumers Act and they still refuse to pay the money back. We are now forced to take them to the Small-Claims Court. The new management are not worth being called management and treat their paying customers extremely poor and does not take accountability.
