klipdraai holiday resort

We were booked in for easter weekend 18/04 - 21/04. My wife was unexpectedly rushed into the hospital and admitted to ICU. We called Klipdraai and spoke to the owner as soon as it happend to ask if we can postpone the holiday for another time, they were not interested to assist and we were told that they have turned people away already. I do understand they have a no refund or cancellation policy but this was out of our control and all we asked for was some posponement of the holiday, They would not budge, This was one of our favourite places but we will not returning because of this incident.
