In August 2020 I took my Yorkie to the Vet and he got injections and did some tests. Because the amount was so high the veterinarian told me she won’t be charging me for his urine test.

Weeks thereafter I received an invoice and I mailed them back that it was discussed that no extra cost will be charged.

I then received the same invoice afterwards again weeks after.

They keep on sending the invoice and I keep on explaining again and again.

This is now unacceptable and they need to resolve this and remove it from their system.
