I have the biggest praise for Raymond and his team at DCS! Our church’s video camera broke, and we had a huge Christmas production the next Sunday. The only option was to hire another camera. I was told to contact DCS, which made our repair their priority! Within two days our camera was fixed! Fast friendly and efficient service. Well done DCS!!!
On 29 Oct I visited Miladys and I wanted to buy a gift for my birthday with my mother-in-laws card. She is 84 and cannot come to the shopping mall. The ladies at the till said I can’t buy anything. My mother-in-law was on the phone and they can video call her but they said they can’t. This was unprofessional and unhelpful. How is she suppose to make use of her card if I can’t do it for her. I have done this several times in the past. If they can confirm that it is her and just do effort then all of this could have been avoided. They are unfriendly and did not even try to sort it out.
We’ve been looking at a new vehicle for my wife, and decided to look at the new Citroen C3. From the start, we’ve received excellent service from everyone, especially our salesman, Garrh. He’s been exceptional in assisting us with all our queries. Thank you Reeds, and well done Garth! We’ll be back😁
I’ve purchased an Asus laptop for our Children’s Church, and there was an issue with the audio. After speaking to Asus, they said I must return it to the supplier which is Pinnacle. They’ve issued a credit not to Takealot, which was 4 weeks ago. I still haven’t heard anything from Takealot. You cannot call them, cannot send them an email, there is no way of contacting them to try and find out what is going on!!!
We’ve been with Bloom and Health4Me for a couple of months and they’ve just been amazing! So good receive excellent assistance and guidance when you have a query. Thank you Bloom!
HUGE shout-out to Suzuki Tygervalley! Every time I take my wife's in for service, I've been treated like a king. Even when something on the steering rack needed to be replaced, they were champions! Firstly the part came earlier than expected, then they were done in a jiffy and we got the car back washed, fixed and ready to rock & roll. Friendly faces, prompt an effecient service. What more do you want? Keep up the good work Suzuki!!!
On Saturday 17 April we went to view a house for rent in Longwood Estate. As we came to the gate the agent went through the boom and was scanned and temperature taken. She told them we are with her and the security guard did not scan us or took our temperature and then he said we can go through straight after her. Then the boom came down at the middle of my car. My husband got out and was furious and asked the security guard what happened? He said he pushed the button but it came down and he is so sorry. My husband said he is going to talk to head of security because he either should have told us to wait or their is something wrong with the system when pressing it. It should have a sensor that shows it that a car is still busy driving through. But the guard said we can go through. There were 2 guards on duty at the gate. So we reported it to Edward Botha head of The Body Corporate who was so rude from start. I explained what happened and he repeatedly said: “What am I suppose to do about it?” No sorry or saying he would look into it and talk to security guys. If he wants to be head or in charge he needs to have the proper people’s skills. There is a mark on our car. Edward Botha’s number is (021) 979-5361 and email longwood@telkomsa.net. In August 2020 I took my Yorkie to the Vet and he got injections and did some tests. Because the amount was so high the veterinarian told me she won’t be charging me for his urine test. Weeks thereafter I received an invoice and I mailed them back that it was discussed that no extra cost will be charged. I then received the same invoice afterwards again weeks after. They keep on sending the invoice and I keep on explaining again and again. This is now unacceptable and they need to resolve this and remove it from their system. Regards Mrs M L Strydom
More than 5 or 6 years ago, my husband went for tests and all accounts was settled. Since then NHLS keeps on sending me messages to claim starting amount of R300 and something and at this stage the amount is R1115.74 currently. We have called them and asked them to send me all the statements which they didn't. So they keep on sending me messages to make payment. We are highly upset because they keep on sending us messages and not providing sufficient information on why after more than 5 years they have not contacted us or claiming the amount they are asking for now. To our knowledge the payment was up to date. We would like them to write it off and clear our name because they also handed us over to CreditIntel. Regards Mrs Strydom
We've been trying to connect to my MTN mail now for a week! Suddenly it keeps on asking for a password - which no one changed. When I try to put in the password, nothing happens. I've been on the phone for more than 2 hours trying to get some assistance from MTN, and still no luck. I've been sent from one number to the next without any joy. How is this possible!? Surely SOMEONE must be able to assist you?
